Annual Leave Regulations - July 2020

Carrying forward leave as a result of the effects of Coronavirus.
We previously posted an update about the Annual Leave Regulations being amended to allow workers to carry forward their annual leave into the next year.
The Regulations have been amended again to say that the carry forward of leave will only apply where:
- 'it has not been reasonably practicable' for the worker to take the leave
